This December, The Supper Club members were treated to incredible holiday-inspired cocktails at dinner parties from San Francisco to New York. Hennessy V.S.O.P Negroni

Upon arrival at Marianne’s—the secret bar at the back of San Francisco’s Cavaliar, guests were greeted with Hennessy V.S.O.P Negronis expertly crafted by Marianne’s savvy mixologist. Serve this drink in vintage glassware with an orange twist for garnish.

1 ½ oz. Hennessy V.S.O.P
½ oz. Simple Syrup
½ oz. Vermouth
A twist of orange peel

Directions: Combine ingredients over ice and serve in a rocks glass

Maestro DOBEL Black Diamond Margarita

At the Maestro DOBEL Legacy Series Art Basel dinner at the luxurious Faena Hotel Miami, members enjoyed signature Black Diamond Margarita’s with a black salt rim.

2 parts Maestro DOBEL Diamante
½ part agave syrup
½ part fresh lime

Directions: Rim old fashioned glass with black salt. In cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients. Add ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice in salted glass.

Hennessy X.O on the Rocks with Sparkling Water

In New York we joined forces with Hennessy X.O and hosted a magical meal in a candlelit private dining room at Gemma in the Bowery Hotel. Tomas Delos Reyes, Hennessy’s East Coast Brand Ambassador, introduced the Hennessy X.O cocktail served simply with sparkling water on the rocks. This brings out the complex flavors of the cognac.

2 oz. Hennessy X.O
3 oz. soda water
Lemon wedge garnish

Directions: Combine Hennessy X.O and soda water in a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Grey Goose Martini

At Ysabel, a magical hotspot in the heart of West Hollywood, we partnered with Grey Goose for a Holiday Martini Dinner. Each course was paired with a different Grey Goose Martini, all introduced by West Coast brand ambassador, Selena Donovan.

2 ½ parts Grey Goose Vodka
½ part Noilly Prat dry vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
1 lemon twist

Directions: Build ingredients in a mixing glass, top with cubed ice and stir. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
