The Fulton

The Fulton is the chef’s first seafood restaurant – located in an area of the city Vongerichten fell in love with when he first encountered the energy of the former Fulton Fish Market in 1986. The Clocktower

The Clocktower at The New York EDITION Hotel is the chic new restaurant from British Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton and acclaimed restaurateur Stephen Starr.

This 90-seat gastronomic gem is located on the second floor of the iconic Metropolitan Life building which Ian Schrager has transformed into the casually elegant New York EDITION Hotel. Jason and Ian first partnered on the critically acclaimed Berners Tavern at The London EDITION, which was recently named by London Metro as the “restaurant of the decade”.

The Clocktower is composed of three intimate dining rooms, a billiards room and a lively bar. A series of vintage black and white photos, each with its own theme, adorn the walls of each space.
